  • Dedicated Customer Service Rep
    Your personal Payroll Services Representative is with you every payroll, collaborating with you on every aspect of your specific payroll. To this professional, you’re not just an account number but a name and a payroll they know well and understand!
  • Customer Service Manager
    Your Payroll Services Manager routinely does your payroll as well. This Manager understands your payroll environment and needs. That knowledge ensures the continuity of service that is a hallmark of Paypro.
  • Tax Specialist
    Your Tax Specialist will be responsible for the total tax management of your account. Your Customer Service Rep and Tax Specialist work hand-in-hand to ensure optimal cohesiveness between departments.
  • Educational Services Representative
    Your Educational Services Representative will be managing your conversion process, all initial and follow-up training, and ensuring that you and your staff meet all the ongoing training milestones you’ve established.
  • IT Liaison
    Your Paypro IT Liaison will be assisting you with custom reporting, and all database and interface issues that may arise between Time & Attendance, HR, General Ledger, and other programs.

All members work in tandem to optimize client satisfaction and account continuity.

The Conversion Process

At Paypro we understand your concerns about conversion. As a result we’ve developed an intense, quality focused process designed to ensure a highly accurate, smooth conversion with minimal disruption to current payroll and other financial operations through:

  • A Single Conversion Project Leader
    At Paypro your Educational Services Manager has the final responsibility for the success of your conversion. No finger pointing, no buck passing from department to department, no indecision or doubt! You have one project leader mobilizing all assets required to ensure success.
  • Paypro/Client Quality Reviews
    Throughout the conversion process we review every phase of the conversion process with you to ensure accuracy, efficiency and a great payroll process once we go “live” with your payroll.
  • A Written Schedule of Events
    We also create and execute against a well thought-out, written schedule of events. The schedule is designed to minimize wasted time and resources and to ensure that the conversion effort is not frantic, hurried and thus subject to errors.

Payroll Modeling

Paypro creates statistical payroll models for every client. If any element of a payroll exceeds the established model in any areas like number of checks, tax liabilities, deduction and earning code utilization…your customer service rep will call you and consult with you on how to process that payroll.
