The Paypro Benefits Specialist will become and extension of your benefits staff by:

    • Assisting with day-to-day employee benefit and carrier issues
    • Ensuring the optimization of the Paypro Benefits Manager Solution

Carrier Connect

This includes, but is not limited to:Connect

  • Transmission of plan enrollments
  • Terminations and changes to all benefit carriers

The Benefit Assistant

Ideal for clients that desire to maintain their current broker relationship but wish to automate many aspects of benefit administration. The Benefit Assistant Solution provides:

Automated Benefit Information Flows

    • Employee demographic & employment data uploaded from our payroll solution – Millennium 3 – to the Benefit Portal
    • Benefit plan details are set-up and maintained by Paypro Benefits
    • Deduction amounts are transferred from the Benefit Portal to our payroll platform – Millennium 3

 Benefit Tracking

    • Employee benefit selection tracking for all plan types
    • Employee benefit eligibility tracking
    • Dependent tracking, including student status

Employee Benefit Portal on the Web
