How Does The Cost Reduction Manager Work?

The Cost Reduction Manager is a module installed in Millennium. It automatically updates with every payroll, providing current payroll cost information. The data is separated into three tabs: Payroll Statistics, Payroll Trends and Monthly Trends. The Cost Reduction Manager is so flexible, you can customize your charts to the specific needs of your company.

Here is a brief description of each tab:

Payroll Statistics

Payroll Statistics will chart your key labor cost indicators for each payroll processed, including Wage Data, Tax Analysis, Cash Flow, Demographics etc…all at a glance. Each area is expressed by total amounts, percentages and in color coded bar charts.

Payroll Trends

With Payroll Trends, your payroll cost indicators are charted pay-period by pay-period in color coded bar charts. Your data is conveniently grouped into calendar quarters and year-to-date, or select a customized date range.

Monthly Trends

Monthly Trends summarizes your current payroll cost indicators by month and charts them in color codedcalendar year bar charts, or select any previous year for comparison purposes.
