To All Paypro Clients:

As you know, the National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for our area due to a snow storm that is affecting the Tri-State area this morning and throughout this afternoon.

For the safety of our staff and clients Paypro will be closing its office today, March 5th, 2015 at 3:30 pm. Accordingly, all payrolls submitted by 2:00 p.m. today will be processed today. All payrolls received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed on Friday, March 6th, 2015.

Due to the severity of the storm, we have been notified by all of our courier services that there will be a delay in deliveries today. Additionally, clients should expect delays in package deliveries on Friday. Please be patient as the delivery services navigate the roads.

For payrolls processed today, we will be processing ACH (direct deposit) files and do not anticipate any delay in posting through the Federal Reserve. Should any of your employees not have their bank account credited timely, we ask that you first inquire with their bank before you contact Paypro.
