John is the CEO of Paypro Corporation, responsible for directing the company’s growth and transformation strategy.
Prior to Paypro, John founded and led Element98, an investment and advisory firm that partners with private equity firms to improve the performance of their portfolio companies, coaching and developing executive talent and modernizing operating platforms to improve competitiveness. He has engaged with companies as an interim executive, board member and senior advisor.
Before founding Element98, John was an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Genworth Financial Wealth Management, a division of Genworth Financial (NYSE: GNW). During his tenure as a member of the executive team, assets-under-management grew from $12B to over $20B.
John began his career in investment banking working for Credit Suisse and Stifel Nicolaus principally focused on project financing for large utility and land development projects.
Over the course of his career John has held volunteer leadership roles in several government and non-profit organizations that support youth-development, including serving on the San Francisco Recreation and Park Commission, the State of California Recreation and Park Commission and The 2001 San Francisco Redistricting Commission. He was a Trustee for the San Francisco Foundation and currently serves as a Trustee for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy and for the Latino Community Foundation.
President & COO
Ken has over thirty years of experience with operating entrepreneurial business to business organizations holding positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Operations, Controller, and General Manager. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. Ken is currently a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Public Accountants. Ken also holds a New York State insurance agent license for life, accident and health. Ken oversees the day-to-day business operations of Paypro Corp and overall strategic positioning of the company in the marketplace.
Vice President of Client Implementation
Neil has over twenty years of experience in the payroll service industry. He has been with Paypro for much of that time working with both the sales and operations units. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from St. Josephs College. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Long Island University. In his current role he is responsible for overseeing Paypro’s Implementation personnel, processes and projects.
Senior V.P. of Application Development & Integration
Brett has over twenty years in the payroll service industry. He has held positions as client technical support technician, IT Director and CIO. Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and is a graduate of Dowling College. He is responsible for the company’s client software applications and IT infrastructure.
Vice President of Customer Service
Lisa has over twenty years of payroll experience. She worked for a leading supermarket as their Head Bookeeper as well as a manager at other payroll companies. She holds a Bachelors of Science in applied mathematics from Stonybrook University, attended the Accounting program at Hoftstra University and has attended the graduate program at Molloy College in Mathematics. Lisa is also CPP certified. In her current role Lisa is overseeing Paypro’s Customer Service teams, personnel and processes.
