The HCMToGo app is a mobile app that gives HR managers all the information they need for human capital management on the go. It lets employees clock in and out, view their pay stubs, manage their benefits and schedules all in one place.
To download the free HCMToGo app, simply visit the Apple Store or Android Apps on Google Play. Before setting up the app, make sure you get your company shortname, username, and password from your HR manager or administrator.
To request time off in the app, click on the request time off shortcut on the main dashboard. You’ll be taken to a screen that displays your current time off balances and a calendar. From there, you can either click on a date on the calendar or enter your time off request into the text field at the top of the screen.
For security, HCMToGo will lock you out of your account for 30 minutes after 5 unsuccessful login attempts. Additionally, the app requires you to create a new password every 90 days.
