Remote Payroll Implementation Specialist
This is a Remote position.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with implementation services for our Payroll product
- Evaluate and fully understand client needs, business practices and challenges as it relates to the product implementation process
- Utilize discretion and judgement to prioritize a client’s needs and guide the client towards the strengths of the system
- Develop system configurations based upon your advanced knowledge of the platforms and the client’s needs that support the client’s business processes and end goals
- Identify and recommend product customizations and/or additional product offerings to enhance the client’s experience
- Assume ownership of client’s Statement of Work, ensuring all requirements are met timely
- Work closely with other internal departments during the client implementation process to identify deliverables and ensure client’s go-live date is on track
- Test and troubleshoot final system setup
- Provide the client with training and end-user support during the implementation process
- May aid in pre-sales product demonstration preparation
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously and efficiently
- Manage any post-implementation client activities in tandem with the respective client support teams (post go-live date) and ensure client’s transition to the support group is seamless
- Must complete specialized intellectual instruction developed by UKG quarterly to keep advanced knowledge of the systems.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT or another related field
- Minimum 2 Years of UKG Ready experience (Payroll)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system implementations (Payroll)
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Strong oral & written business communication skills
- Technology enthusiast – excited about learning new technology; fast learner

Staff Accountant
Paypro is looking for a motivated individual to join the Accounting Department! The right candidate should be eager to learn, detail oriented and possess the ability to add value in a rapidly growing environment.
Position Location – Corporate Office & Remote (95% Remote and 5% Corporate Office work activity)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable segment of the Accounting Department.
- Monitor and track all invoices – from receipt to final file.
- Enter all invoices in the two separate accounting systems (SAP & SAGE) and process all payments.
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations for Paypro’s AP Operating account.
- Monitor online banking systems for the Operating account; including but not limited to positive pay monitoring.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable items; including but not limited to processing client invoices and collections.
- Assist with the management of Paypro’s Client’s General Ledger requests.
- Prepare and process quarterly sales tax payments.
- Provide support to the Controller and other members of the Accounting Department, as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of ad hoc reports, as needed.
- Assist in EOW, EOM, and EOY reporting with a focus on Accounts Payable & Expense Management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, including experience with Accounts Payable,
- Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliations
- Strong organizational skills to effectively handle priorities in a timely fashion
- Flexibility and commitment to meet regulatory deadlines at peak volume times
Preferred Skills:
- An ability to work independently and learn in a team-oriented environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative to complete tasks independently
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office utilities and programs, specifically excel
