Paypro is looking for a experienced individual for our Time & Labor team to provide service and support to our clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must be a quick learner who possesses strong technology skills. This role will provide general support to clients for our Time & Labor (timeclocks) solutions/UKG Kronos Workforce Ready:
- Provide clients with telephone and online support for the UKG Workforce Ready Time and Labor module
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve Time and Labor product/service issues reported by clients in a timely manner; escalate issues to Management and seek additional support if needed in order to expedite the resolution
- Configure TLM system components to meet customer requirements
- Participate in testing cycles
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Must have the ability to think strategically and to understand a client’s organizational needs in order to swiftly identify a solution to support these needs
- Provide a stellar customer service experience for our clients
- Deliver training to administrators and end users
Experience and Education Requirements:
- UKG Ready Time and Labor module experience (Workforce Ready/ Workforce Now/Workforce Central)
- Demonstration of functional Payroll, Time and Labor, Scheduling, Accruals etc.
- Ability to engage with multiple projects and customers at the same time and manage priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a client service environment handling multiple clients simultaneously
- Ability to work efficiently and manage workload independently
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client trainings/support with the UKG Ready, Workforce Now or Workforce Central Time and Labor module
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Experience with creating and maintaining requirements documentation
- Experience with a software in a SaaS Cloud environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Travel Required – 0-15%

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
